Mattresses

Claiming that a good night’s sleep is the key to feeling good is not an understatement. We sleep for one-third of our lives, which also means we spend roughly one-third of our life on different kinds of mattresses. This makes it important to choose a mattress that suits you and the way you like to sleep.

Mattress types

Luckily, we have a wide selection of different mattress types that suit different people and sleeping styles. So even though all our mattresses are comfortable, we couldn’t really name the best one for everyone. That is because it depends on how each one feels for you.

Each mattress type comes in different sizes and both softer and firmer qualities. Make sure to consider both firmness and mattress type when selecting a mattress to keep you relaxed and comfortable at night.

Foam and latex mattresses

Foam and latex mattresses mould to the shape of your body to distribute your weight evenly and provide support for your whole body without putting extra pressure on any specific body parts. They are also silent and absorb the shock of movement. This makes them a great choice if you have a partner that tosses and turns disturbing your night’s sleep!

Spring mattresses

Spring mattresses also distribute your weight evenly so that there’s no extra pressure on any specific body parts. A difference against the foam and latex mattresses is that the open spring construction helps air flow through the mattress. This increases the ventilation in the mattress and can help you keep cool while you sleep.
