How do I check whether items are in stock?
You can check on every product page on IKEA.ch whether the product is in stock at your chosen IKEA store. You can also check product availability using the IKEA Store App.
How do I submit a product review?
- Log in to "My account" at IKEA.ch.
- Find an IKEA product that you would like to rate.
- Write your product review and award stars.
What products can be reviewed?
You can review all the products that have a product information page on IKEA.ch. The product information page is the page on which you will see the item number, dimensions and availability of the product in question.
You can also review IKEA products that you have not bought yourself. However, in order to provide a fair product review, you should have experience of the product in question.
Who can read my product review?
Everyone who visits our website IKEA.ch can read your product review. However, please bear in mind that it can take a few days for your product review to be displayed online, so you won't see it immediately.
When will my product review appear online?
Will IKEA respond to my product review?
Whether a response from us is necessary depends on your product review. If necessary, IKEA Customer Service will contact you by e-mail and respond to your review. If the response is also relevant to other customers, we will respond publicly on IKEA.ch ((below your product review)). If we are responding publicly, we will let you know by e-mail.
Can I remove my product review that has already been published?
Unfortunately, you cannot personally remove a product review you have already submitted. However, if you would like your review to be deleted, please contact us.
